The hotel's location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood was perfect for our needs, being right next to the A22. The staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived, and their attention to detail was impressive. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the rooms, although a bit narrow for four people, were well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast spread was simply amazing, with a wide selection of breads, coffees, and teas to choose from.
The rooms, although pleasant in size, had tiny bathrooms that were a bit cramped. Additionally, the electrical boiler in the room made a constant zooming noise all night, which was a bit irritating.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore all that Canterbury has to offer. The rooms are well-maintained with compact and clean ensuite showers, perfect for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, making it great value for money.
The only minor improvement that could be made is to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms themselves. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
